will fully refund merchandise returned within 60 days
of purchase with a sales receipt, excluding shipping
charges. Product must be in "like new" condition.
Damaged product may be returned if it is a manufacturer's
defect. Defective products returned to us in original
packaging with all accessories and owners manual will
be replaced or repaired.

wholesale store. Products will be placed on every week.
All purchases with Piece Goods Craft and Fabric are
close out items and no returns. This is to help Piece
Goods Craft and Fabric close the doors. All product
are new unless state other wise in the description.

Defective products returned to us missing accessories
or original packaging will be replaced or repaired as

A 20% Restocking fee will apply on non-defective returns.
The returned item should include a note explaining the
problem & the appropriate " return shipping
address".
Please allow 1-2 weeks for processing.

will receive an email from our returns department informing
you of your company credit after it has been applied
to your account.
No returns sent COD will be accepted. Returns must be
sent pre-paid.
Any damage to the product during shipping and/or any
missing items must be reported to Eyecart within 48
hours from the time you received the product. Please
call our customer service department 801-706-3268 to
receive a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number
before shipping any product to Eyecart. You may request
a RMA at the CONTACT US at the bottom of your screen.
Packages received without an authorized RMA number will
be refused.
